The President of the Organization heads the Council of Founders and is the highest official of the Organization. The President of the Organization is elected by the Founding Board for a term of five years.
President of the Organization:
1. Provides ongoing guidance to the Organization;
2. Acts without a power of attorney on behalf of the Organization in relations with individuals and legal entities in Ukraine and abroad.
3. Appoints and dismisses the Executive Director of the Organization and the Accountant enters into employment contracts with them.
4. Convenes meetings of the Founders’ Council and directs its work.
5. Signs the decision of the Council of Founders.
6. Opens the accounts of the Organization in bank institutions, signs financial and other documents of the Organization.
7. Issues orders that are binding on the staff of the Office apparatus, as well as orders binding on all founders and members of the Organization. The heads of legal entities established by the Organization shall report directly to the President of the Organization.
8. It reports on its activities to the General Meeting at least once a year.
