Amicus curiae

This platform has a purpose similar to that of Amicus curiae (Latin – a friend of the court) and aims to assist the court by offering the court information relevant to the case, provided that the person is not a party to the case and does not involve its direct participants in the case, but in this case, the platform is intended to assist the court in the understanding of the Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, exchange of experience in their application, views. The Institute plans to provide its methodological assistance in administering this platform.
